Graeme Wallace’s passion for Scotch whisky began in 1987, nearly four decades ago. That interest evolved into a lifelong pursuit of knowledge, leading him to write extensively about whisky and spend countless hours visiting and studying distilleries throughout Scotland. Along the way, he explored the traditions, techniques, and subtle nuances that define great whisky—uncovering some of the industry’s closely guarded secrets while developing a few theories of his own.
