Hogback Distillery has been distilling whisky since 2017 with a growing portfolio of casks, primarily aging in ex Bourbon and ex Rye whiskey barrels. Released as part of the Wallace Collection series, each bottle is not just from a single barrel but also will have been finished in a secondary barrel or wood to complement the matured spirit.

Members must be over 21 year and able to collect their bottles or have a designated person to do so. Membership last five years. We reserve the right to cancel memberships at any time and if so, will refund any unused credit.

Founding members are effectively supporting the growth of Hogback Distillery and will have the opportunity to become investors if we were to seek funding.
